Current deal making is largely built on a traditional relationship-based model which, is inherently not efficient nor effective. A deal makers ability (sell-side or buy-side) to find and close deals is only as good as their current deal making network. The reality is, there are deals and acquirors you know of and those you don’t, with the latter being MUCH larger. We look to bring transparency to the deal discovery process.
Bankers Deals is a deal discovery platform, focused on the middle to lower market, where deal makers (sell-side or buy-side) can find the right deal or the ideal acquiror outside their traditional deal making network in just a few clicks.
Our goal is to make deal discovery simple. Our SaaS and mobile ready solution aim to provide greater deal visibility, enable global deal awareness, and empower deal makers to connect and build stronger relations.

Arun Kashyap
Founder and CEOArun is founder and CEO of Bankers Deals, responsible for driving and delivering the company’s vision to become the trusted deal origination platform for deal makers globally. Prior to founding Bankers Deals, Arun worked as a corporate professional for over 20 years, of which 13 years were spent as a deal maker (both buy side and sell side), in corporate development and investment banking at several global blue-chip organizations. He holds a BCom from the University of Toronto and received his MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University.
Tania Kashyap
Co-FounderTania is co-founder of Bankers Deals, responsible for day-to-day management and driving marketing efforts. She holds a MCom from Punjabi University.
