Bankers Deals is a cloud-based deal discovery platform for the middle to lower market that enables both sell-side advisors and buyer-side firms to source and originate M&A opportunities.
Our platform allows deal makers to search actionable deal across multiple industries and subsectors globally.
Bankers Deals is the ideal deal discovery platform for :

Users can register as either a Seller, Buyer or BOTH.
Bankers Deals focuses on deals with the following criteria :
- Partial investment or full acquisition
- Geography: Global
- Revenues: up to $250M USD
- EBITDA: up to $50M USD
To ensure deals are actionable, each opportunity and related information will remain visible for up to 90 days, after which, it will automatically be deactivated (e.g. not visible); Sellers have ability to deactivate earlier or extend opportunity deadline for another 90 days.
- Business email and valid mobile number required to register and login.
- Sell-side advisor must be a current employee / representative of a Sell-side firm with an active sell mandate.
- Each opportunity is required to have its own document / teaser, which must be attached to deal being posted.
- Contact details must be in document / teaser and match contact details provided.
- Deal information will be validated against teaser prior to being posted and going live to ensure deal validity.

- Seller opportunity will become visible to all buyers upon review and approval by our team

- Actively search, initiate contact and connect with potential buyers
- Select and pay for subscription (required if you wish to proactively connect with buyers or respond to buyer request(s) to connect). NOTE: each sell-side opportunity must have its own contact plan
- Accept or decline contact requests from potential buyers
